Which printers work with Tagestry?

Native drivers for Zebra ZT, ZD, and ZQ series (ZPL II and ZPL), TSC desktop and industrial printers (TSPL and TSPL2), and Epson ColorWorks CW-C6000 and CW-C6500 for full-color compliance labels. PrintNode cloud relay and QZ Tray local bridge are also supported as optional relays.

How is Tagestry deployed?

Three ways: managed cloud, self-hosted on your own infrastructure (Docker Compose or Helm chart), or a standalone desktop build for Windows, macOS, and Linux. The same designer and same METRC integration run in every deployment.

What data sources does Tagestry support?

The METRC facility API for live package, harvest, and lab-result data, plus CSV imports with auto field-mapping, PostgreSQL views and tables, and direct REST APIs with auth headers and pagination.

Does Tagestry require a separate compliance tool?

No. Compliance is built in, role-based access control, audit logging tied to METRC package UIDs, multi-tenant isolation between customers, and Keycloak-backed SSO (OIDC, SAML, LDAP) all ship by default, not as paid add-ons.
